I love the simplicity of this piece and the potential of effectiveness it can become. Sonos is tapping into the power of reviews, a key part of the consumer journey and maybe the most authentic way to build product consideration, specially for a new unknow product. Reviews are a hot topic in the marketing world, more than ever digital channels (specially mobile and second screen..) are making easier to bring review info closer to the moments of truth in real time, in fact probably more & more communications will include links to this useful info. The challenge would be how to tie product review info to communications, experiences,...without making them complex, in a simple and effective way.
Sometimes it is better to let others speak for you and this is a great execution of how to do it :)
